Venue Pricing

Pricing for Indoor and  Outdoor Event Space (Use of All Available Areas)

 

Monday – Thursday: $175 an hour or $1,500 per day

Full day rental begins at 10:00 am with all activities ending by 9:00 pm.  Clean up many continue until 10:00 pm. (Time may vary depending on the event)

 

Friday: $225 an hour or $2,550 per day (Four-hour minimum) Full day rental begins at 11:00 am with all activities ending by 10:00 pm.  Clean up many continue until 11:00 pm.

Saturday: $300 an hour or 3,500 per day (Four-hour minimum) Full day rental begins at 11:00 am with all activities ending by 10:00 pm.  Clean up many continue until 11:00 pm.

Sunday: $225 an hour or 2,400 per day (Four-hour minimum)  Full day rental begins at11:00 am - 9:00 pm. Clean up by 10:00 pm
 

If you would like to start your day earlier, please inquire about early arrival.  

 

Areas included in the above rental rates: Full kitchen, 3 indoor bathrooms, indoor common areas, dressing room, lounge area, front lawn, outdoor pavilion in rear, side patio area, and two enclosed restrooms in outdoor pavilion area.  A $165 cleaning fee may be applicable.  See event map below.

 

Folding tables and luxury folding chairs are included in all day rentals. Vintage furniture, decor pieces, burlap runners, and linens are available for rent upon request at an additional charge.

 

Pricing for individual office and/or meeting space is available at a discounted rate. Please inquire for a customized quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can the venue accommodate?  

The maximum number of guests is 50.

 

How many parking spaces do you have? 

Our maximum parking capacity is approximately 70 cars (this includes guests, hosts, and service providers).  Please note, any events that will have more than  40 vehicles on site will require at least one parking attendant.  We can provide one for an additional charge or you can select a trusted guest to serve in this capacity.

 

Can we choose our own caterer or other service providers? 

We are open to working with professionally licensed service providers.  We do maintain a list of preferred vendors that understand our venue details.  All vendors must be approved at least 30 days prior to your event.  

 

Can I bring my own wine, beer, or other alcoholic beverages to the event? 

While you may provide your own alcoholic beverages, only bartenders obtained by licensed caterers or bar services are permitted to serve alcoholic beverages.  Self-serve alcohol is NOT permitted.  Any guests found “brown bagging it” will be asked to leave immediately.  Alcohol service must end 30 minutes prior to the event conclusion.
